Jet Set Wash – Exterior Cleaning

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Jet Set Wash are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of quoting.

Prices may change if:

  • Additional work is required

  • Surface conditions are worse than expected

  • Access issues prevent safe working

  • Extra treatments or equipment are needed

Any changes will always be discussed before further work is carried out.

2. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise beforehand.

We accept bank transfer, cash, and other agreed payment methods.

3. Weather & Delays

Exterior cleaning services are weather dependent. We may need to rearrange appointments due to:

  • Heavy rain

  • Strong winds

  • Freezing temperatures

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Equipment failure

We will always contact customers as soon as possible if work needs to be rescheduled.

4. Surface Conditions & Cleaning Risks

Exterior cleaning can expose pre-existing issues that may already exist beneath dirt, moss, algae, or staining.

Jet Set Wash cannot be held responsible for issues relating to:

  • Loose pointing or mortar

  • Cracked paving or concrete

  • Weak roof tiles

  • Loose render, paint, or sealants

  • Existing leaks or structural defects

  • General wear and ageing of surfaces

Pressure washing and roof cleaning may dislodge loose materials where surfaces have already deteriorated.

5. Roof Cleaning Disclaimer

Roof cleaning and moss removal carry inherent risks due to the condition and age of roofing materials.

Removing moss may reveal pre-existing damage or leaks that were not previously visible.

Chemical roof treatments may continue working for several weeks or months after application, and weather conditions can affect the speed of results.

Customers should keep children and pets away from treated areas for at least 48 hours after chemical application.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we always aim to achieve the best possible results, some staining or discolouration may not be fully removable.

Results vary depending on:

  • Surface type

  • Age and condition

  • Severity of staining

  • Previous maintenance

  • Environmental conditions

We cannot guarantee permanent results, as moss, algae, and organic growth can naturally return over time.

7. Liability

Jet Set Wash is fully insured and takes reasonable care while carrying out all work.

Any concerns regarding completed work must be raised within 48 hours of completion.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Photography & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photographs/videos of completed work for use on our website and social media pages.

No personal information or will be shared without permission.

If you would prefer your property not to be photographed, please let us know before work begins.
